“A bunch of wheat” is regarded as the most famous Vegan bakery in Busan.
There are two shop fronts:

one is Oncheoncheon shop(온천천점) in Busan Dongnae-gu Allak-dong,

another is Jungang shop (중앙점) in Busan Jung-gu Jungang-dong.

There are tables which set in the Jungang shop,

so you can enjoy the meal there. ^^


我經常要到溫泉川路附近辦事
所以常常順道經過就會去光顧
但溫泉川店只販售麵包而沒有附設座位的緣故
所以到那裡常常是買完麵包就離開了

It is often that I go to run some errand nearby Oncheoncheon road,

so I visit Oncheoncheon shop in passing.

As I mentioned before, there are no tables are set in Oncheoncheon shop,

so I go there for buying bread and then leave.

最近得知〈一把麥穗〉溫泉川店附近
有一家叫做〈街角微笑〉(Grin at the Corner)的咖啡店
據說也能提供素食的餐點
所以去〈一把麥穗〉的路上
先到〈街角微笑〉喝咖啡、吃甜點、休息一下

I knew that there is a café named “Grin at the Corner” is not far away from “A bunch of Wheat” Oncheoncheon shop,

and it serves Vegan desserts, too.

On the way to “A bunch of wheat”, I went to “Grin at the Corner” for having a cup of coffee and,

eating some sweets and taking a break.

去年5月是我第一次去〈街角微笑〉，這次是第二次

This is the second time I visit” Grin at the Corner”,

the first time I came is last May.

我想“grin”應該是「微笑」的意思，下次到咖啡店光顧時再向老闆請教看看 / I am wondering that “grin” probably means “smile”, I will ask coffee shop owner for answer next time.

除了一部分添加了牛奶的甜點之外，幾乎都是純素的甜點

Except some desserts which is added milk, most of desserts are vegan.

烘培坊的麵包則都是純素的
(注意，檸檬奶油中添加的哈根達斯(Häagen-Dazs)冰淇淋不是素食的。)

All bread in this café are vegan

(Beware, lemon cream which is added Häagen-Dazs ice cream, is not eatable for vegans.)

我曾點過冰美式咖啡與純素檸檬奶酥來吃

Last time I came here, I ordered iced americano and vegan lemon crumble.

 

每張桌子上擺放的盆栽植物也很有品味、藝術感十足 / The potted plant on each table is stylish and artistic.

 

從外觀上看起來，也很高檔的檸檬奶酥。 / The lemon crumble looks so upscale.

 

甜點被秒殺的前一刻 / 1 second before the lemon crumble is eaten by me.

 

味道如何呢… 不知道照片能不能成功地傳達「超好吃」的感覺 / I don’t know whether this photo can show how TASTY the lemon crumble was!

為了保護環境 〈街角微笑〉咖啡店是捨棄「塑膠吸管」，採用「紙吸管」的優質店家 / “Grin at the Corner” is an excellent coffee shop for our living environment – they use paper straw instead of using plastic straw.
